How much does it cost to clean my windows?

Every home and building is unique, which is why our pricing varies based on several factors, including the size of the property, the number of windows, the type of windows, their positioning, accessibility, and the condition of the windows. For single-storey homes, prices start at $330 (inc. GST), while double-storey homes begin at $450 (inc. GST). Our minimum job charge is $200 (inc. GST). What is included when you clean my windows?

When we come to clean your windows, we remove all the cobwebs from in and around your window frames, we clean the glass, wipe clean water spots from the window edges, dust/ wipe down your window frames, remove wipe/dust your flyscreens and refit.

Can you clean my high windows?

With our Water Fed Pole System and brush we can clean windows up to 4 stories high without any need for dangerous ladder work. This system uses purified water from your garden tap to scrub off all the dirt from high rise windows leaving your windows sparkling clean and streak free.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

Every house/building is different, and we offer packages suited to your needs. For properties near the ocean, off dirt roads, near high volume traffic in this case we recommend every 3 months. Properties protected from the elements can wait up to 6 months. We will give you our recommendations after the first clean.

What happens if it rains ?

Should it rain before, during, or after cleaning, the windows will still shine when the sun comes back out . The fact is, dirt makes your windows dirty, not rain. The only reason your windows appear to be dirtier after rainfall is because the window was dirty to begin with.

We offer a 7 days guarantee that your windows will remain clean. Should it rain and your windows get dirty we will happily come back and touch them up.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash or credit card for residential clients upon completion of the job. For commercial and builders once the quote has been agreed upon and job completed our terms are net 14 days.
